Pulai Rock Group Plants Facility
We are Malaysia Calcium Carbonate Factory and with our new factory and upgraded processing plants facility we have the capacity to produce 30,000 MT and 10,000 MT of high grade limestone chippings and calcium carbonate powders, respectively.
Our factory is equipped with the latest state of the art machinery and laboratory in order to ensure that the company’s high standards for product quality is consistently been met. Throughout the production process samples are taken periodically to be analyzed in our laboratory.
Our Limestone Quarry
We are one of the largest limestone lumps (calcium carbonate lumps) producer in Malaysia. Our humble limestone hill and quarry plant are located in Ipoh town, state of Perak, with the size of approximately 25 acres of limestone deposits, mineral resources approximately 55 million tons.
New Factory & Plants Facilities
Over a period of two years of planning, the Company has finally realised its ambition to expand the production capacity for both the limestone chippings and powders, especially the high grade calcium carbonate powders of 25 μm – 9 μm that have vast export potential in India and Bangladesh.
Currently, four (4) new units of the “Super Micron Mills” are being installed in our new factory, together with two (2) units of our existing “Roller Mills” are being refurnished and overhauled and ready for operations in March 2017.

Our Laboratory
The laboratory is equipped with the latest generation version of Particle size analyzer (Malvern® mastersizer 3000) that delivers accurate particle size distributions for both wet and dry dispersions, over the nanometer to millimeter particle size ranges to ensures a top quality product at all times.
